Your Creatives section shows you a list of all the creative sets you have set up under your account.

You can select to view 10, 20 or 30 campaigns in the list per page, using the dropdown menu at the bottom right of the table.

This table shows you a summary of your creative sets at a glance. If you click anywhere on the line of a creative set except for the name, your individual creatives will drop down into view.

Here you can see a summary of your settings on these, including things like a preview (where possible), the click url you have set and a flag for a 3rd party tracker having been attached.  You can customise this to view as much or as little information as you like here by clicking on the ‘v’ icon on the right-hand side of the top grey bar of the table.

Click the ticks/crosses to add/remove information from your creative sets table.

You also have quick filter buttons to the left of this so that you can view only creative sets that are live, or have been rejected etc.

You can also visually see a creative’s status in the list by looking at the status symbol (dots):

- Dotted Grey = Draft or Paused

- Orange Clock = Submitted

- Green = Live

- Red = Rejected

Clicking on the creative set name will take you into the setup modal. Equally clicking anywhere on a individual creative’s row will take you directly into the set up for that specific creative.

Other functionality to note on this screen:

Filtering you can filter your view of the campaign table by Advertiser, Creative Type, Creative Set ID or Name using the Filter option on the left-hand side of the grey bar at the top of the table. Select the relevant option, type your value into the box and select the option or hit return to apply this.

In-line-editing any items shown in blue with a dashed-underline - you can simply click on and edit the values from here rather than having to go into the setup modal itself. Remember to click the tick or hit return to apply your changes.

Options menu if you right click on the line of a campaign or line item you will see a pop-up menu which allows you to:

- Clone a creative set or clone an individual creative within a set

- Archive a creative set or clone an individual creative within a set

- Delete a creative set or clone an individual creative within a set

You can also start to set up a new creative set from this screen by opening the ‘New Creative Set’ concertina at the top of the page.

Choose your creative type at the top (asset or tag), search for and select the relevant advertiser from the list, give your creative set a name, select the correct language your creative design is in and choose the vertical/category which most accurately represents the advertiser’s industry.

All creative sets must be approved by the Admedo team before launch and this information will be double checked by the Admedo team during this process, along with ensuring your creative meets our content and quality creative guidelines. This is the only thing that requires input from Admedo for you to launch your campaign.

Once you have completed this information you can Drag and Drop file(s) here or Browse to select your creative asset to upload these into the platform.

The creative setup modal will now launch, here you will need to ensure you are happy with the names of your creatives (remember you may want to pull reports that split out data across these, so ensure they make sense for you), then you will need to add the following for the creative set to save :

Advertiser Domain - this must match the end domain the user will end up on after they have clicked on the creative. This is information that must be sent to our supply partners and does not affect that click url of the creative. i.e. https://example.com

Click url - this is the url you want to fire when the user clicks on the creative. This could be the full website address where the user will land or a click tracking url which redirects there. (You will not be asked for a click url when using ad server tags as this is already included inside your script).

To save you time, you can use the green arrows next to the titles for ‘Advertiser Domain’ and ‘Click URL’ to apply the inputs you have added here, to all the creatives in your set.

You will find tiles/blocks, on the right of the modal, to enable to you to switch between creatives and you will also notice these blocks will change from visually having an orange outline with an ‘!’ symbol to a grey outline once they have saved, with all required information added.

You can add 3rd party impression trackers to your creatives by clicking the ‘Add new Parameter’ button.  Please ensure that you select the correct type for your tag (url or html) and that your tracking provider is on our list of approved vendors. See creative guidelines for details.

You can use the buttons near the top right of the modal to add additional creatives into your already created set, if needed.

You can also preview your ad by clicking ‘view actual size’ under the thumbnail on the left of the modal. This will render your ad in a test page.  Please note this is only to preview the visual of the creative - not the click through.  You can also share a preview link with someone by clicking ‘share preview’.

Once you have completed your setup, use the X (top right) to close and you will see your set appear at the top of the table list. If you are asked to save or ignore changes, please go back and check your setups, as it is likely that something required is missing from somewhere and has prevented the set from saving correctly.
