Accounts 


To find your accounts and users roll over the avatar icon on the right of the NavBar and select the appropriate option. Note that here is also where you can log out of the platform.





We have three levels of Accounts available in the Admedo Platform and you will be assigned at the level most relevant for you.  

 

Holding > Agency > Advertiser

 

Holding accounts can be useful if you would like a single view of all your activity but would also like to be able to isolate activity for other operators, for example by territory.  To do this you would create an Agency Level account per territory and assign relevant users/operators to these. You can also isolate activity again by adding a user at a single advertiser level.




 

Pay attention to the level you are at when you are adding accounts because the screens look very similar. You can see your location from the account details shown at the top of the screen and from the breadcrumb style grey tabs.  

 

The box you use to add an account will also either say ‘add agency’ 



or ‘add advertiser’ so this is another indicator of where the account you are adding will be placed. 



To add this simply type a Name, apply any Agency commission (if relevant) and use the ‘+’ symbol to set this up. You will then see your newly created account appear in the list.  

 

You will need to ensure you have set up an Advertiser before you can set up any campaigns, creatives or pixels as the relevant Advertiser will need to be selected each time you add something new.




Users 


Users can be added very quickly to any account level by typing in their Name, email address and selecting the account they should be assigned to.  


If you assign them at the Advertiser level, they will be able to see anything assigned to that Advertiser but nothing above that.  Like-wise at the Agency Level they will be able to see everything underneath that Agency but nothing above or across (if you have Holding Account with multiple Agencies underneath it).


Ensure you select the most relevant Role when adding users (use roles with an Agency reference for Holding or Agency level and the plain versions for Advertiser level etc). 

Roles with permissions to choose from are:


 - Manager - Can operate all aspects of the platform 


 - Adops - Can operate all aspects of the platform except finance credit and adding users 


 - Read only- Can see all aspects of the platform, except users but cannot edit or change anything. 

Note, read only includes line item setups if an Agency is planning to add their clients.
